Icarus CS

Icarus CS is a customer service agency for online stores. Where AI handles repetitive and low-complexity tickets, Icarus CS takes care of the cases that require human judgment: refunds, disputes, escalations, and sensitive customer situations.

The project started from scratch. I designed the logo, inspired by the name Icarus, and developed the full brand identity and guidelines. I then designed the website in Figma and built it as a one-pager in Webflow, focused on clearly communicating a service offering to a specific audience.
