

SalesWorx is a Belgian sales recruitment agency that matches companies with the right sales talent and helps candidates find the right sales role. Their approach stands out through a strong focus on video: instead of static job postings, they produce branded recruitment videos that bring company culture to life and attract the right candidates.
The project started from scratch. I built the full brand identity including logo and brand guidelines, with a bold, distinctive look that reflects their innovative positioning in the recruitment market.
Beyond the visual identity, I defined the web strategy and information architecture for the website. With two distinct target audiences, companies and candidates, the navigation and content structure were carefully mapped out to guide each visitor through the right funnel. I then designed and developed the full website in Webflow.
